4. Complete Pet Profile (Optional): You can also add details about your pets, such as their names, breeds, and any special needs they might have. While this is optional, providing these details can help us tailor our recommendations and services to suit your pets better.
5. Verify Your Email: After submitting the form, you will receive a verification email. Enter the Code in the email to activate your account.
6. Log In and Explore: Once your account is verified, log in using your email and password, and start exploring our wide range of pet products and services.

A: At Angel Paws, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience for pet lovers. At this moment we are not charging any separate platform fee as additional charges, just to keep the shopping experience worry free.
All the applicable charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase. This way, there are no hidden costs, and you can feel confident in providing your furry friends with the pampering they deserve without any surprises.
At Angel Paws, since we do not charge any platform fee, this does not apply. We believe in transparent pricing with no unnecessary additional charges.
At Angel Paws, delivery charges vary based on your location and order value. We offer free delivery in Vadodara above ₹299, across Gujarat above ₹799, and across India above ₹1499. Any applicable shipping charges are clearly calculated and displayed at checkout before you place your order.

At Angel Paws, shipping charges are generally non-refundable. However, if there is an issue from our side, such as a damaged or incorrect product, we ensure a fair resolution which may include a refund of the shipping charges.
At this moment Angel Paws is only accepting prepaid orders. You can place your order using Visa, Mastercard, Amex Etc. Also, you can use Manual Payment mode while completing your order by making the payment using given Instructions. Once the order if placed, you can share your order number and payment confirmation screenshot through your UPI App and you will get the payment confirmation email and other details.
We will soon be bringing up an option for Cash On Delivery orders.

5. Save Changes: - After updating your information, click the "Save Changes" button to ensure your new contact details are stored in our system.
6. Confirmation: - You will receive a confirmation email to your updated email address. This is to ensure the security and accuracy of your account information.

4. Add Multiple Addresses: To add more than one shipping address, click on the "Add New Address" button. Enter the details for the new address, including the recipient's name, street address, city, state, and ZIP code, and then click "Save." You can repeat this process to add as many addresses as you need.
5. Set Default Address: You have the option to set a default shipping address by clicking the "Set as Default" button next to any of your saved addresses. This will be the address automatically selected during checkout, though you can always choose a different address if needed.
