📦 Heavy & Bulk Items (Weight-Based Shipping):

Certain products (such as large pet food packs 10KG and above) are shipped based on weight due to higher logistics costs.

Shipping charges for such items are:

  • 10–15 KG → ₹599

  • 15–20 KG → ₹799

  • 20 KG & Above → ₹999

  • Opened or used items

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Items without original packaging

  • Personalized or special-order items
     

🚚 Return Shipping:
 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • For heavy/bulk items, return shipping may be significantly higher
